Superb experience! (I wish the rooms were cleaner in the Sorrento Tower suites; it appeared that the cleaning personnel did the bare minimum). Otherwise the hotel staff was very friendly, calm, and helpful. The amenities and ocean views were a dream; hence, everything else was perfect otherwise. We will most definitely be back!

Our view from the Trésor tower was spectacular and the suite was spacious. Otherwise, it wasn’t a great stay: WiFi connectivity was terrible throughout the room and property, basically unusable; the rooms and hallways weren’t vacuumed, and were pretty dirty everywhere. Rooms felt dated. Service at the bar/restaurant was annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.
