Worst Sleeping Experience

Worst customer service of any hotel ever. Extremely rude management, very un caring, extremely inconsiderate accommodation. My room was unbeknownst to me above the NIGHT CLUB that kept me up 12am to 5am. I asked for a refund they “don’t do that”. I was robbed of a proper nights sleep during normal REM hours. They offered a measly $200 & a new room. New room was perfect but literally a day late. It ruined our 1 full day in Miami because I was sooo tired from being up all night. Also they nit pick & charge for every little thing. I asked for a mini fridge for medicine & was charged $30. Never been charged anywhere for a mini fridge for medicine. I would never stay here again & would not recommend this property to anyone who likes to sleep at night.

This is our 4th year coming. The staff is always great. This time we stayed in the Sorrento tower and it was great! The bartenders & staff at La Cote are the best.

Extremely dissatisfied

Disappointing. We were in the Tresor tower with 36 floors. They have 4 elevators but only 2 were working. This made for long waits for them and when an elevator did show up, it was packed to the gills. Once, after waiting 20 minutes on the 25th floor, we took the stairs down! One day a service person working on one of the broken elevators said it would be fixed “within the year”! Also, we needed a contract printed. They asked how many pages. I said 10-15. They said their limit was 3. Really!? In addition, when we first got there and were putting our clothes in the drawers, we found a dirty bath towel in the center drawer. Our thermostat locked up twice over a six day stay. One day we did not get any housekeeping services. We will never stay here again when we come to Miami. For what you pay to stay here there are many other much nicer hotels in Miami.

Hi! I rarely complain like this but truly given the cost this was a less than pleasurable hotel experience. From check in to check out it felt like I was in a night club. The music was so loud both at night and during the day at the pool, even on the beach, we couldn't find one relaxing moment to escape any loud music. I'd like to request my money back, but only if it's from the hotel themselves and not Hotels.com, since I truly don't think this is the platform's fault but the hotel's fault for falsely advertising any sort of relaxing or enjoyable stay
