Great location but unit was disappointing.

Check-in and service were very good. Our suite was average though. The bed was not as comfortable as others we have had during prior stays. The unit could be upgraded with better furnishings. The fortune house overall has been a good place for us but it wasn’t a great unit this time.

Booked here while already in Miami due to problems with Air BnB . We loved our suite . No complaints. Staff was friendly. Had to pay each time for room service plus other fees. Food was good though. Only downside they charged extra out my deposit for makeup/ glow lotion being on some towels. Something Tide or bleach could get out…. I don’t see it in terms and conditions. I thought incidentals was breaking furniture etc .

Hotel was in a good location. Quiet area with easy access. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite was clean and comfortable with balcony and great views. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.
