The hotel was in a good location, walking distance to several restaurants. We had the room with a king size bed. Everything was clean and fresh. I used the fitness room and it met my needs. The staff was professional, polite and helpful. The best part was walking out the back gate and being directly on the beach! I would recommend!

Cleaning crew was taking every time they organized the room less towels they put in the room in a room for three people just 2 towels. they did not check if there was toilet paper there also. The did not clean upthe space in my room. In General housekeeping was horrible. The front desk lady when I arrive she wants to take my credit to the back office when I reject she was mad and suddenly the machine works. the Valet parking crew was the only service that deserve a 5 star 🌟 they were polite efficient, also the restaurant they where really good.

Starting off, Check-In was unsatisfactory to say the least. They put us in a standard room, when we booked a suite. When we went back to fix this issue, they immediately said that they had no rooms available. Manager had to step in and magically a suite was available. Felt like they were not trying to not accommodate us with the suite we booked. Had to sign a resort fee form that was outdated, still had checkout time as 12PM, however i received a text message that said checkout time was 11AM. At 12 AM, TV cut off and displayed room checking out even though I just got there. Besides this, uniqueness was the iguanas by the poolside.
