The front desk was rude and disrespectful and dismissive. We had breakfast at a restaurant off the property and it was taking a long time to get our order so I phoned the front desk and told them and they said that we could wait to check out till noon and I thank them very much and said that was wonderful. I got back to the room at around 11:45 and my key didn’t work. I went down to the front desk And the front desk agent said my key didn’t work because I should’ve been checked out by noon. I told her that I was there at the room at 11:45 to check out and my key didn’t work now. Of course it’s noon now because I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes to talk to her she said well you should’ve been out by noon and said next guest and dismissed me. I’ll never stay at this place again. I was treated like garbage.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and professional. Little things like remembering your name to greet you at breakfast was an unexpected nice experience. The breakfast was very good and quickly served. The rooms are nice but even after pointing out issues with the cleanliness it still wasn’t fully addressed which was my only let down (hair was in the wall in the bathtub in several places and a few still remained after I asked for the bathroom to be recleaned and pointed it out). The walls are not very sound proof so depending on your adjacent neighbours it could impact your sleep. The hotel moved me when requested due to a crying baby all night in my first room and I had no issues after that.

I stayed for 3 nights R&R after meetings and it provided an ideal setting - ocean view, balcony, pool, meals on site and sun! Neighbouring rooms were noisy at times so not well insulated room to room or from floors above. Staff were wonderful in all areas.

It's in a rather quiet, nice area of the town. Easy to get at places you want to visit and the hotel has obvious space and a competent and friendly staff. We enjoyed a few days there before we took off on a cruise. My wife and I expect to stay there once or more again in the near future.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, good location, nice room and pool. Staff very friendly. Second time staying here and plan to come again in a few weeks. Only reason why I ranked 4 instead of 5 was that the walls are thin and the wifi is clunky.

While checkin wanted to upgrade the room. Was told options with balcony are available charges would be 102$ extra. Agreed. Staff came back stating no balcony rooms available. But ocean front without balcony would also be the same price. Not justifiable. No in room services. Requested for cutlery. Denied. No where it’s mentioned that it’s not provided. Requested for a late check out for just additional 1-2 hours with extra charges/ late check-out fee. I was asked to pay for an entire day. Check out experience. Worst. Wrong bill amount with extra restaurant charges. Actual itemised bill was unavailable. Had to wait 30-45 mins for the check out process to get completed. Unsatisfied with guest services by the brand Radisson Miami Beach Florida.
