WARNING - you pay on Expedia for the room but when you arrive they charge you an additional $100 “RESORT FEE”. Additionally, there is only PAID parking that you have to pay EVERY three hours. Yes, that means if you’re staying there for 3 days, you have to pay for parking every three hours for the whole duration of your stay. Also, the cleaning lady takes you dirty towels and doesn’t replace them. The AC is also very loud and the rooms are very dim. No smart TVs here, they are ancient. Please don’t go here. What a mistake!

It is a nice stay , met with people from all nations. staff tried their best to make life easy. they have problems supply the guests with towels , pillow and sheets . too many guests. my roommates took my sheets and pillows , asked the staff for replacements , they were nice , they replaced what is missing, they do have shortage of towels , sometimes, they turn you down, saying we don't have any. I understand the problems with towels and sheets, some guests take it when they check out , whom to blame when you have several roommates . it is not the hotel fault. and they don.t search the luggage when the guest leave . I would come back , close to the beach, and I could meet with people from all nations, they are nice and friendly.

I got there super late after midnight for my late check-in. I attempted to use the kiosk to check in and they asked me to pay a fee which I paid. There was a long line at the receptionist so I just attempted to quickly ask him to direct me to the room so I can you know go rest up for the night since it was pretty late but he let me know that my check-in was not accurate even though I use their kiosk and that I paid the wrong fee so I had to get that refunded back to my card pay the correct amount and that took even longer so that was 1 AM waiting around for almost 30 minutes just to check in. Upon entering the room, the shared rooms were disgusting. They were super outdated. The curtains in the bathroom had stains. They were scuff marks and trash and the whole two nights I was there at that bathroom was never once clean. I’m not sure if somebody came in and cleaned it, but it wasn’t properly cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom. Everything just looks super outdated and gross. Will not stay here again. As for the pool area, it was nice but also you could tell that it wasn’t regularly cleaned the pool loungers had stains on them. There was literally some sort of animal poop all around the pool deck. It was a cute area, but I couldn’t stay for long to pull itself was dirty. Everything was just on hygienic unkept outdated would not stay here again.
