There was o ly one staff, no phone in the room to contact the staff.. temp was cold outside, colder in the room. There was no restraunt in thehotel and the closest was five city blocks away. Was very dangerous walking along U S 1 The room had cement walls, wnich needed to be finished. I WANT MY MONEY BACK , TWO DAYS OWED ME

The staff was very nice. There is no elevator, and we had heavy luggages. I thought the hotel was a boutique hotel while I was booking and the location was very good, but it was a motel type of facility, if I had seen the room picture, I would not have booked. Many hotels in Miami are old and needs renovation
