Ok to sleep, no elevator breakfast disappointment

It could have been better. "Breakfast" was a s#@t-show. Before the first hour, there was no coffee, no orange juice, and people were crammed into a room the size of a large utility closet or small office. It was frustrating vand made no sense. One person barely attended the breakfast room. I ended up just not partaking and leaving for the airport. Also, if you are disabled, you are completely out of luck, as there's no elevator for the two floors. It's ok if you can make it up stairs, but terrible if you have a wheelchair. Luckily, the nice lady at the afternoon front desk helped me get my stuff up to the second floor hallway.

The hotel was loud, rooms were not very clean, front desk staff was not very friendly either. We arrived earlier than check in time and asked about early check in but were not able to check in until well after the normal check in time which was a inconvenience obviously knowing we asked about checking in early which is understandable but then not being able to check in until well after the normal check in time.

Here’s the great parts of this place: it’s CLEAN. I always worry about that. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered many choices and the coffee was delicious!!! Now what it lacked…. Space!! The rooms were small and there were no places/shelves/tables to put anything. The bathroom was a pedestal sink, toilet and shower. Nowhere to put a toothbrush, deodorant, a razor. But the good outweighed the bad. If I needed to return to Miami, I would bring some folding tables and return here! 😜

The stay was after a cruise so it served its purpose. Although, there were a lot of guests from a cruise so there was a lot of luggage. Didn't like that there was not an elevator. The breakfast was surprisingly nice.

Cheap option when in transit. But you really, really get what you pay for. It was the epitome of means to and end. Would have had a better experience if I had not had to wait for an airport shuttle after arriving for about 1 hour after calling multiple times, being hung up on the second time and finding out the shuttle did not have the name of the hotel on it. Also, if you need an elevator and are allergic to all things reservoir-ed in carpets / rugs, this is not the property for you. Onsite staff fairly nice and expedient in execution of their jobs; check in and check out especially quick. I will likely never go back but I'm sure it will suit the needs of somebody.

Mediocre at Best

Was disappointed with the hotel especially with the amount of money spent. Hotel smelled of mildew and musty covered with bleach, rooms were smaller than expected. No blankets on the bed, no extra pillows.

Clean but old and small. No elevator so you have to drag your luggage upstairs. We had help at check in but not coming down the stairs. Luckily my husband was there, I couldn’t have done it myself. No soap in bathroom at all. Nice garden to eat breakfast outside. I guess fine if you are just staying over night. Wouldn’t want to stay longer. Fun karaoke bar across the street

The room was clean, very little amenities. Could hear everything happening in the hallway all night. Hallways are very narrow, more like a house hallway than a hotel hallway. Staff was pleasant. The hotel shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick up and was not marked for this hotel so very confusing as there is a similar named hotel nearby with a clearly marked airport shuttle. We booked this hotel to save money and we did. It was clean but it is very bare bones.
