The only thing we appreciated was that the linens were clean. Extremely poor customer service-either didn’t answer phone or had to wait about 15 minutes on hold for them to answer and then sometimes hung up without answering. Shuttle from the airport ran once an hour but nowhere was the schedule shared with us so we waited almost an hour to be picked up at 10:20 pm. Then a 30 minute drive to hotel. Walls were paper thin and we heard doors closing and hallway traffic most of the night. Located in a desolate area with no restaurants or bars on property or nearby. This may be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. At a cost of almost $200. a night it was a nightmare and certainly no bargain. I can’t believe Wyndham would put their name on this.

Check in wasn’t brilliant, told it can take 4 weeks for security deposit to be refunded, that is ridiculous normally 2-3 days. On getting to room one of the beds didn’t have a mattress sheet on, I rang reception who said they would sort it, after nearly an hour I went down to reception who apologised saying she had forgot, eventually got handed a sheet and had to make the bed myself. Room was in dire need of repair and redecorating Wasn’t expensive but even the basics were not there Stayed one night if I had booked longer I would have cancelled and left.

This was an airport stay over. The rooms are very small but clean. Very simple hotel. Breakfast was bad, don’t stay here for the breakfast. I will stay somewhere else next time.

The rooms are tiny so buyer beware. The pics are very misleading. The bathroom is so incredibly small that no one could turn around and showers were taken with the doors open. It’s absolutely NOT worth the money we spent to stay there. It’s fine if you’re on a layover flight but not for someone looking to stay an extended period. I would never recommend and will never stay there again.
