The "room" smelled very musty and bad, I've stayed at dozens of hotels and it was the worst smell. The grout and caulking in the shower was all stained black.i felt bad for 5 year old daughter. The parking lot was sketchy, the lobby was very dim, the staff at the front desk seemed uninterested checking us in, was very slow and looked sleepy. The room looked old, there was a smell in it. Good thing we only stayed for a night. Breakfast room was so small and packed. Food was not good as expected. Overall, I would not recommend and def not come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I feel obligated to be honest because so many reviews aren’t telling the truth. My experience was awful from start to finish. No elevator means carrying heavy luggage up narrow, steep stairs. The rooms are tiny, smelly, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning is filthy and loud, adding to the discomfort. The bathroom is cramped, with a low showerhead and a toilet that seems made for children. For the price, you get much more at places like the Clarion. I expected Wyndham-level quality, but this hotel is outdated, with strange, unprofessional staff. The cleaning crew looked like they were dressed for the gym, and even the towels were ridiculously small. The other guests made me feel unsafe, and if I hadn’t been with my family, I would have left. The only redeeming feature was the kind kitchen lady. Overall, this hotel is not worth the cost or the risk. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

The property is in a very convenient location for travellers. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. However, urgent repairs and improvements (some of them not too expensive) to improve the guests' stay are in dire need. For example, the room we were initially given posed a serious health and safety risk as the glass shower screen was not sealed, so water was always dripping onto the floor of the small bathroom, and the sink was also clogged. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels, and you have to put soap and shampoo on the floor as the tiny shower enclosure has no shelves. The hotel does not provide guests with small bars of soap to wash their faces - when I asked, I was told to use the body wash instead. Our room had a mouldy smell, as did the lobby, so the HVAC systems need to be urgently inspected and the airflow properly calibrated. The breakfast room is extremely small and the appliances are placed inconveniently, obstructing the passage of guests; there is no extractor fan installed, so when the toaster burns some bread, the room is completely filled with smoke. As much as I liked the staff's attentiveness and willingness to help, I would not recommend this place to anyone who's planning to relax and at least enjoy some basic comforts during their vacation. Pay more and look for another place.
