Staff was great, room was somewhat damp and ac was dirty. Left window open which was nice. Close to factory town and 15 min from Wynwood so not bad for the price. Free fruit for breakfast and waffles which was cool. Wish there was more food nearby

Dank “motel” feel. Disinterested staff (except one sweet/young evening desk clerk. The rest of the staff seemed put out by our stay. They use Wyndham’s name and credentials but I do not believe this to be run by Wyndham. A little friendliness could have made a difference.

This is the first property since Covid where we experienced daily cleaning of our room and they did a great job, which is why I gave it two stars. However, that was the only highlight as the staff was not friendly and they didn’t even say hello when we would come back in and it was a small hotel and no one else was around, as they would be looking at their cell phones instead, oblivious to what was going on. The maids started talking loud down the hall to each other at 8:30 in the morning everyday for the 5 days we were there waking us up, not sure if that was intentional or not to get people up and out so they could clean, but it was rude. We had to drag our suitcases up two flights of stairs as there were no elevators and there was no offer of staff to help, but what if we couldn’t lift them, then what? The room was small but ok, but the bathroom was tiny and the corner shower was so small and the water was cold everyday and the door wouldn’t stay shut and would leak, no matter how hard you tried. There were other things, but those were the ones that stood out to us. We travel a lot and experience many different types of accommodations and customer service, so we were surprised that at a Wyndham hotel we would experience what we did on our vacation to Miami, and were really disappointed.

Great stay, also i like the honesty of staff saying it’s usually cheap to book on expedia when I was extending my stay. Breakfast was decent but if you want food theres a excellent latin spot across the street. Location meh theres not a lot to do by the airport. The backyard was gorgeous as well. The only negative really is cleaning staff walking into my room. And they didn’t offer a do not disturb sign.
