This property was disappointment being in the Wyndham line. The property itself was sub par in the smell of the place (2nd floor in particular) and the lack of basic room furniture (no night stands). The shuttle has a hole in the muffler and taped cardboard to the windows to designate it as a Wyndham shuttle (it was a La Quinta van). Just sub par all the way around.

Missed my connecting flight back to Toronto. After waiting an hour and a half for the shuttle and a number of phone calls to the hotel I ended up getting an Uber to get there Soon as I walked in the door the person at the desk left and said she'd be back in a few minutes. Waited over 5 minutes and a younger girl came and sat at the desk and didn't even acknowledge me. Another 5 minutes and a another couple came through the door and got checked in. After which I proceeded to go to the desk and say that I had a reservation and got checked in. None of the staff were in uniform so difficult to know if they worked there or not. There was also a strong smell of cleaning products in the lobby.

The room appeared to not be cleaned properly as there was a fry on the floor in the room when we arrived. Also they ran out of face towels/wash rags. The reason for choosing this hotel was because of the airport transportation. This service was unreliable as whwn we got there we had difficulty getting in contact with them to come and get us. Then when leaving the shuttle left before the time given to us. Thankfully the lady at the front desk got them to come back.

A pretty typical airport area hotel. The shuttle pick up at the airport was unreliable. They ignored people as we waved the driver down and had to use a ride share to get to the hotel. The hotel said they could do nothing about it. In the morning the shuttle came early and the staff was kind enough to come to my room to ensure I caught the shuttle which I appreciated. Although they do not have a restaurant/bar there is multiple within a short walk.

Paid for early check in, tried to call hotel to confirm, couldn’t find a direct line. Get there and the outside of hotel does NOT match the picture. The pictures make this property look WAY nicer than it really is, pretty sure the pic was taken when this hotel was new, it’s certainly not a recent pic as the outside is now mostly gray. Very limited staff so you have to wait a long time for rooms. The air conditioning is not up to par, it was cooler outside than in lobby. No restaurants on property or anywhere around it, no snacks/water on property, no pool, etc. Two thumbs down for this property.

NOT Wyndham baseline Quality....they should Pro:The airport shuttle was on time. Room TV was good sized...Con:Run down, dirty floors and dirty walls, flickering hall lights, pretty sure there was a local sex worker that was allowed to come in multiple times to use the restroom. Bugs in the hallways. Felt very unsafe in the area.
