Grand Beach Hotel Bay Harbor was beautiful. Wish they would tell you before hand that the valet parking is $42 a night. The pool closes at 8pm… The breakfast is okay, but missing most of the menu and was mediocre. Some staff members were nicer and helpful than others. Called front desk to tell them we were celebrating a birthday, the lady rudely says that it is a small hotel and they do not accomodate for any type of event. Next day, called again and a nice gentleman from front desk want attentive and said “ofcourse we can do an accomodation for you. They took down the celebrated persons name and when i arrive to Check-In they gave us a bottle of wine and a lovely note from the hotel wishing a happy birthday.

This hotel is going down with everything. Some rooms very worn down. Bathrooms not clean like use to be . Asked for tcleaning service two days so the cleaning lady came and only thing she did she exchanged towels she didn’t change sheets or clean bathroom or wipe the floors. I issue to come here for years stayed in all three grand beach hotels but this time I’m really really disappointed . Also we couldn’t even use the pool for whole week so far bc some people was bathing fully clothed which I think is gross especially was so many of them and those clothes didn’t look clean so for me was like people were washing their clothes in the pool. I really liked the hotel and the area was coming here for years few times a year but sadly this time was my last stay in this hotel.

I RECENTLY STAYED AT THE GRAND BEACH HOTEL FOR 2 WEEKS AND ENJOYED A SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM SUITE WITH LIVING SITTING AREA INCLUDING SOFA. A KITCHENETTE AREA WITH LARGE FRIDGE WAS INCLUDED. THE ROOMS ARE VERY VERY CLEAN. THE SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. BRYAN AND MARCOS WERE SUPER FRIENDLY, CARING AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ARE AN ASSET TO THE HOTEL. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THEIR NUMBER 1 CONCERN. THE HOTEL AMBIENCE IS CLASSY, INCLUDING A VERY LARGE MODERN, INVITING LOBBY. IF YOU NEED TO WORK, THE LOBBY IS GREAT, SET UP WITH QUICK WIFI AND VERY QUIET. THE LAVISH BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND LOTS OF VARIETY. I HAVE VISITED SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING . The room was amazing and very spacious with the bedrooms and four baths. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast was not very good but the views and room made up for it.

We really enjoyed this hotel and the amazing staff greatly enhanced our stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to our requests and needs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Rosario, Marco, and Victor. Also the valet men in front of the hotel were great as well didn’t get their names! The hotel is very clean and well kept. Every room has two bathrooms and a balcony which was very convenient. Beds were so comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property was beautiful and very clean. The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the beds were too small. I would definitely stay here again, though.
