Hotel location is great, lobby staff are friendly & helpful, onsite dining is enjoyable, adult pool is lovely - hot tubs were not operable. Though parking is steep, and there are many hidden taxes & amenity fees we would recommend - just be aware!

I've stayed here multiple times but I wasn't pleased with this visit. The cleanliness needs to be addressed! I also ordered an oceanfront suite and was given a standard oceanfront room. I love the amenities. I just wished the front desk had been more accommodating this visit

The property is beautiful. Our room was great. It had two beds in it and it was plenty of room for everything. We slept really well. I would say that it’s a little noisy. We had adjoining room next to us. When we shut the door. There was kind of a crack in the door so you could see out to the hallway, but overall it was a good experience. We never received our free bottle of wine and when I went to ask the person at the front desk, she said it was delivered, but we never received it which is fine but then give us two free drinks or something.
