worse hotel we ever stayed in very poor staff all around, room never had towels in it we always had to call for it and wait for it and had to call several times rooms were barley cleaned beds Never changed in the 5 nights we were there bottom line will never go back will never recommend it to a friend another major issue is elevators which are been used by hotel staff cleaning staff and all construction workers instead of taking the service elevator another thing is the hotel is under construction i made sure to call in advance to ask if they were and the flat out said no so they clearly trying to hide the fact that they are under construction and i had the right to know that before booking i will be seaking a full refund for my stay

I love the location. But they had too many guest. Last time brought our luggage up. Couldn’t get a chair on the beach or by the pool. Guy ordered us a taxi for airport told him we could order uber but reassured us it would be faster. Two taxi calls later and finally and uber. Was a contact lense in the sink, mold in the bathroom.

We loved our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful! Definitely not in the busyness of South Beach which we did not mind at all - easy to walk, bike or Uber everywhere. The hotel, beach and pool area were so bright and airy with their signature pink and white everywhere.

Overall, everything was good and the place was beautiful! Our bartender Jorge was really nice and made really good drinks! They also have a heathy food and drink choice restaurant which was super good! Definitely would recommend.

Very loud hotel

We were supposed to have a King room w/ sofa bed and pool view. The first room they gave us didn’t have a sofa bed and had dirty towels in the sink, so we had to haul all our luggage back down to get another room that was still wrong because it was a street view. They gave us 3 new keys, but none of them worked. Couldn't use the balcony because it was so loud with emergency vehicles and the freeway. Kids stay for free so they're everywhere. The hot tub at the adult pool was broken and the one downstairs was constantly full of screaming kids. There's no soundproofing so the hallways full of kids were so loud and the maids were yelling back.and forth to each other at 7am making it impossible to sleep in. There was no coffee maker and then the one they sent us was broken. Wasn't what we were expecting for a $400/ night hotel.

They gave me the wrong room—an accessible room instead of what I booked. When I brought it up to the manager, she denied it, even though it clearly was. I had requested a partial ocean view, and while I got that, the room itself wasn’t what I paid for. No tub, nothing—just a setup for a handicapped guest, which I am not. I was in a rush for dinner, so I couldn’t deal with it right away. The next day, when I asked them to make it right, they basically argued with me, saying I should have spoken up sooner. In the end, all they did was waive the resort fee, which is ridiculous.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

It was just terrible! They didnt make the bed up for my kids until midnight despite 5 hours and many many times of asking. The phone didnt work so had to keep going to reception to ask in person. The queues for breakfast, bar, coffee were horrendous. Clearly short staffed. No sunbeds. No experience. Poor customer service. It was just the worst. We checked out after day one. Many other guests were complaining at the same time. Stay at the Eden Roc. We went there afterwards and it was amazing!
