If I come back to Miami I will likely stay here again. My stay was clean and they had everything I needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to the airport and the free breakfast were nice additions as well. I recommend it!

I booked this hotel because it had a shuttle from the airport that ended at midnight. We got in late 11:30p and the shuttle was no where to be found and I called the hotel. Had to pay $40 for a taxi. Then we checked in and got stuck in the elevator for the keys not being done correctly. Once we got got the room, the drain in the shower was not draining the water and we had to remove the drain plug for the water to go down. And the toilet didn’t flush properly. Very upsetting.
