Everyone was pleasant. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. The only negative, there was not water in the room. However, one gentleman at the front desk said that we should have gotten a complementary water and was will to give us, however, we had already gotten at Publix across the road. We also found an Italian restaurant a short walk away with outstanding food. All in all a good stay.

Traveled for work with a friend and felt safe the entire time. The staff was friendly the whole time, and the entire property was clean and tidy. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

This Airport Hotel is very very nice. Clean, quiet, beautiful room, and has everything you might need right there. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was on time. I highly recommend staying here.

My dad got bit by bugs and and the service was horrible once they get your money they don’t care how they treat you & i took photos the only nice people was my cleaning lady Carmen . I don’t recommend anyone staying here . Jennifer the supervisor was rude and didn’t care to help us with any of our concerns and gio talks a lot but doesn’t help you either . I felt robbed off my money and I was without a tv for 24 hours . There was no phone in my room or a garbage . Don’t stay here at all
