False alarm with no compensation
It was fine until I went to bed and someone pulled the fire alarm. I was on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs which is not easy for me after my transplant. It turned out later to be a false alarm. I had to be up early for my drs appointment and there was no mention of compensation and I was not offered a receipt.

Arrived to the Miami airport and called the hotel as directed to get a ride and was told what door to go to. I went to that door and after calling three times and waiting an hour and a half they said I should have been at the departure door, not the arrival. A fact they didn’t bother telling me on any of my previous calls. They did finally get me an Uber to get me there, but by then I was very frustrated. They did nothing to make the inconvenience right. When I got to the hotel, I was asked if I wanted a room near the elevator or far from it (actually two rooms), I told them I wanted to be far from it for both my rooms and both of them were the closest to the elevator you could get. I recommended looking elsewhere.
