Front desk staff not helpful or knowledgeable about routine procedures. Check-in and inquires were difficult with 2 different people. In personal cell phones and headphones. Annoying.
Hotel was easy to access and check in was simple. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but would recommend for a longer stay.
Fast checkin. Efficient and professional staff. Clean room with great pilllows. Breakfast was good. I've stayed here before. Front desk staff is always kind and helpful. Great place to stay
The hotel is very basic which is fine but the room smelled like a dirty shoes box. There were greasy handprints on the door handles, dirty light switches, hair in the tub and HAIR ON BED SHEETS. We asked for a set of clean sheets and were given 2 flat sheets and pillowcases, upon requesting a fitted sheet we were told that the housekeeping staff was gone for the day and the front desk only had access to a closet where they didn’t have any fitted sheets at the moment.
Front desk staff was always nice and tried to help.
There’s nothing worst than arriving to a hotel, tired and ready to rest to have to start cleaning and disinfecting.
If you don’t pay attention it looks ok but the hair was everywhere. And let me say this again: the room smelled like acid shoe sweat.
The AC had to be turned to 68° in order for it to kick in.
We had reserved for 2 nights and left after one.
Management needs to get a grip.
The housekeeping lady on 5th floor is great!! So very helpful! The room is just not comfortable. It’s very large, but no where to sit & relax & read or pray. No occasional chair, table & lamp at all. We called as soon as we got in the room & were told that none of the room have chairs. Seems like a small thing, but you literally have to sit on the bed if you were to bring food back to the room. We will stay at Comfort Suites right around the corner….and it’s less expensive!! Hampton Inn is where we have always stayed, but they aren’t what they used to be and are unnecessarily expensive.
We stayed here with our son and he loved the amount of space in the suite. The rooms were clean and very updated. The breakfast was great with a good variety each day. No complaints, would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. The fridge and microwave came in very handy. we did not get to use the pool or gym but they also looked very nice and in excellent condition.
