The hotel looks nice but the dirt is in the details. In our room the toilet never stopped running and getting it to flush required constantly opening the toilet tank top and wiggling things around. The bedroom uses a window shade to block light but it is torn and doesn't close completely. So, if you need a dark room for sleeping, forget it. Worst of all, they seem to do anything to avoid cleaning your room. Within the room there is a notice that rooms will be cleaned "every other day", which I thought was odd but accepted it. But after a couple of days passed without my room being cleaned I talked to a young female at the front desk with an accent who asked me with a lot of attitude, "did you ask for your room to be cleaned?" I was taken aback. So I said, well I'm now asking". She responded that she doubted that I can get that done today although it was about 12:30 in the afternoon. After expressing my dissatisfaction and promising a bad online review, my room magically got cleaned. Breakfast was below average and they often ran out of items during that last two hours of breakfast time. The hotel looks nice but a lot more focus needs to be on repairs and maintenance, breakfast, and hiring people without an attitude.

Enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn, its close to the highway, clean, and front desk staff was very accommodating. I arrived way before check-in and they held my baggage until the rest of my party arrived and my room was ready.

This my family second time staying here for pre-cruise. It's close to shops and food. The staff is very friendly and courteous to guess. The rooms are clean and nice along with free breakfast. When we are back in Miami again this the hotel I plan to stay at and it is close to the port.

Great staff very polite and helpful . Clean but please note they do not clean the room at all so if you stay more than one night be forewarned . No clean towels had to ask more than once for clean towels . This should be automatic on a 2 night stay .
