Clean hotel and room, felt comfortable inside. The facility was very fresh and modern. Parking garage is an experience. Lol. You do have to pay for parking, but they will give you a voucher that is cheaper than the ticket the garage gives you. Enjoyed the breakfast, although, I expected more options and a larger area to get breakfast. Breakfast could have had more options for protein, just scrambled eggs and sausage, ran out of muffins, two juice options- cranberry and apple, always a line for waffles and didn’t seem like anyone knew how to use them! Lol.

I called to confirm how early I could check in was told no such reservation but was told I could rebook for an additional 500$$ when I arrived at facility my reservation was there in system at agreed rate. Because of this I will probably not stay at any of your properties in the future.also the toilet did not work properly

A few fast food restaurants dining options within walking distance, a restaurant in the hotel next door, a gas station with snacks and hygiene supplies. Good location from the airport and great location to the port, shuttle was available for $10 per person to drop off at the cruise port.

Excellent location and right on Biscayne Boulevard. Staff was excellent, the young, blonde female associate working the evening shift on 3/19 deserves Kudos. Very personable and efficient, assisted several times during the evening and always with a smile.
