The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The representatives at the front desk were friendly and me and my friends were able to store our bags in a room because we were early so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around. The things that I didn’t like was that the toilet ran so I had to jiggle the handle in order for it to stop. There was a small blackout when I went to dinner so when I came back, the elevator didn’t work so had to walk up the steps to the sixth floor. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work so I couldn’t get any ice for my room. Other than that, the room was great!

The property is nice, however I had challenges with room servicing even after requesting it for two days straight. Only after I emailed the manager it was then rectified. The breakfast option remained the same everyday, some variety would be nice.

No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones a menos que lo pidas y aún cuando lo solicites tampoco lo hacían, el personal no es amable, el desayuno no varia en nada estuve 7 días y todos los días fue lo mismo, se fue el wifi, el ascensor se dañó. Un hotel que no recomiendo.

I like their breakfast options the hotel had a lot and delicious breakfast to choose from. Dining staffs were very respectful, especially Daniella very helpful and always keep the dining area clean. The lobby smells really clean the rooms were also clean and spacious. No noise from staffs or other guests. The location was very convenient 10 out 10 near affordable restaurants and other fast food places. Front desks staffs were excellent and very flexible when it comes to accommodation for room changes as well as check in and check out times. I would definitely book and also recommend this place to someone who is looking for a convenient, safe, clean environment to stay.

Front desk stuff wasn’t even around for check in and long line of people waited. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to check me in. After dinner, we came back to find the elevators not working. All of them. They had no ETA of when it will be fixed. My family the 4 of us had to take the stairs to the last 8th floor.
