The staff worked with us and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to check in and after check out. They were helpful and polite when we made requests. Our room was out of soap and conditioner. Thankfully we had our own. The dryer also stopped working while we were trying to wash and took us over 4 hours to wash and dry one load of clothing. The air was also not working on the 1st and 2nd floor. I gave an overall rating of 4 due to the staff and their professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself left a little to be desired for $300/night.

Great location. Have access to the rooftop pool next door at no charge which was a huge bonus. The toilet had some issues and the pillows are incredibly soft and the fire alarm woke us up at 2am for an unknown reason but otherwise every staff member was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was so great! We stayed 3 nights for Miami music week in March. Continental Breakfast was great, pool area was beautiful, rooms were clean, staff were helpful, not too far of a far walk to restaurants, Ubers/lyfts were cheap, lobby doors were locked at night only accessible by key cards so felt safe. Quick drive to airport. Nothing negative to say. Would definitely stay again.
