The location was excellent as was the room. There are numerous high quality restaurants within walking distance. The amenities (Wi-Fi, free breakfast, lobby bar, fitness center etc) were great. The staff was polite and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for lodging in the future.

My husband and I checked in on Thursday. The hotel advertises room cleaning every other day. The r[m should have been cleaned on Saturday. I spoke to guest services on Saturday evening and told them that our room had not been cleaned. They told me that the staff had left for the evening. My husband saw two hotel staff on Sunday outside our room and asked them to clean the room, and they did. The hotel advertised room cleaning every other day, but we didn't receive that service?

I got there before the 3:00 checkin time and my room was already for me so I was able to get to my room early which was lovely. Staff were very professional and kind. The room was very clean and warming. I thought it was pretty cool that it said welcome Kimberly on the tv screen. Never had that before. The location was great. You could get anywhere quickly. Highly recommend this property.
