Great stay: pre- cruise for a couple of days. Great breakfast, great location, through a third party there was shuttle transportation to the Miami port, $8 per person. Highly recommend this hotel.

The elevators dont even work and the pools are shur down! For all that money i shouldnt have to pull 8 emeight suitcases up 9 flights of stairs and back down!

2 Elevators were broke during the entire stay. One was working, but sounded like it was going to break. We waited forever to get to our room and our of the hotel. It was extremely frustrating. It would make it difficult for me to book this hotel again.

I loved the excellent customer service received upon my arrival. I loved how my name was displayed on the television when I turned it on. Being a Hilton Honor Member I appreciated the drinks and snacks for my room. This was an added touch to the excellent breakfast served during my stay.

I was happy with staff my airline was delayed and cane in later then expected, was treated good , did not like that only one elevator was working and it took too long waited 20-30 minutes to get in the elevator, but overall nice hotel
