I would avoid this Hilton if possible: my room phone wasn’t working, the valet app wasn’t working, the food menu in the lobby and restaurant are not great. The renovation looks nice but isn’t holding up.

Terrible experience. We were double charged for parking because staff member at check in did not register our room card correctly so then we weren’t able to use the card to leave the parking garage, causing a mandatory fee of $42.80 at the gate, even though we already paid $74.90 for parking two nights. The room was clean, but toilets would not flush and bathroom ventilation out of order, very disappointing. We expected more competence from Hilton, this wasn’t worth the time or money.

The location is awesome near Aventura Mall where there are some amazing restaurants and bars. Parking $35 night a bit much. Staff to include the valet guys are very friendly and professional. Would I stay there again yes absolutely.
