This is not a place i would pick for vacation. In my room, my window didn't work and my bathroom door was attached backwards. The fence to the beach wasn't working for a digital key, and there was no side entrance so we had to ride our bikes back a few blocks to get around to the front of the hotel. There was construction going on next door, that i had no idea was going to be there. There is a parking charge of 60/day and resort charge of 30/day. I know most hotels don't do this either but it would be nice for the hotel or expedia to have these charges listed more prominently. At the beach they had 5-6 cabanas for people to rent, and they they had chairs behind them in a small beach place. I wasn't allowed to move my chair, so instead of being about to look out on the water, I stared at an empty cabana the whole time. no one was in the cabanas which were set up at the beach edge and blocking everyone's view. Walking back from the beach you could see a rat trap next to the wall. I'm being picky here, because i know all places have them, but could you hide it a bit! lol
There was one restaurant and a coffee place. The coffee place closed early afternoon though which was disappointing bc they didn't have much else.
The employees were very kind and helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. But i wouldn't book this hotel to make you feel great about your getaway. It's too expensive to have an ok experience
