The front desk staff was really friendly and welcoming. However, I noticed a $3 charge for water, even though the room notice mentioned 2 complimentary bottles. My husband used one bottle, but we still got charged. It seems like bottled water in the room should be free for guests.

Nice room, EXCEPT the bathroom door is a sliding barn door with a large gap that exposes the person using the toilet. Not private or sound proof then. That was NOT good.

You would think a prestigious place like the Hilton would refund customers that had issues cancelling. This is a low class place. Motel 6 never had a problem refunding me regardless, as long as I never checked in.
