We apparently got the last room in the hotel tonight - at $300. We were told at checkin that it was a handicap accessible room - no problem. What we were. It told was that the shower was designed so that it’s a wet bathroom which turned into a wet entryway and closet. The staff who were nice but ineffectual confirmed that they hardly use the room for that reason. They offered us nothing for the inconvenience once of essentially an unusable shower. In a Hilton Honors member, and this does remotely not live up to Hilton standards.

The first thing there were barely and tv channels to watch on the tv. They put two bottles of water by the coffee with a sign that said complimentary for premium customers and others 3$ a piece. Then at 10:45 when it was time to go to sleep turned down the a/c a little but it was to loud to leave on.
