It was a terrible experience with kids. The bathroom sink was clogged and dripping. The sink water was on the floor and created hazardous condition. It was an unpleasant experience, with kids it was too bad. The condition was reported to the staff and GM of the hotel through email. No response received, overall would not recommend this property.

Bathroom Issue

The stay overall was okay, but the toilet ran for a while. It wasn't a big problem until the toilet backed up the next morning and completely flooded the bathroom. The staff was quick to respond on sucking up all the water but there was no clean up afterwards. No cleaning products. So we had to wear our shoes and spray lysol whenever we needed to use the bathroom. We ended up missing out on our adventure to Miami because it took over an hour for the "cleanup" in the bathroom. We had to take our uber right to the cruise port. Only seeing Miami from the ship.

Expensive. And everything is an up charge. Do not recommend staying here if you can find better. We waited over an hour for a shuttle at the airport and the guy kept driving past us. After a long flight, it was super irritating.

Keep looking

We arrived and everything seemed fine but they didn’t tell us at the front desk one elevator was broken. Waiting for the one working was a nightmare as staff and guests had to use this. The working one was bouncing and downright scary to be on. So 7 flights of stairs each time we came and went was our option. The breakfast staff wasn’t friendly and made it seem like we were inconvenient to them for being there and asking for items. The pool lounge chairs were old and worn if you are even slightly over weight you question them holding up. The shower literally stopped mid shower restarted freezing cold!
