Very clean and appealing, room cleaning staff very nice, front desk staff cut and dry n didn’t have luggage assistance but overall we were happy with the place and will return or recommend if needed

I love this hotel. I always stay there due to the proximity to the mall. The staff tried to be accommodating given that we got to the hotel at 11 and check in was at 4. We were travelling with our 4 month old. We didn’t like that no bag carriers were available and so we had to make multiple trips to carry the bags to the 8th while holding a baby.

While I found the daytime staff to be very friendly and helpful, the overnight front desk agents were rude, and not helpful at all. Also, the carpet in my room was extremely dirty, with dark stains in several areas. They desperately need to shampoo the carpet.

Rooms/property was really clean which is most important for me. But everything looked new and spacious. Location was excellent near Dolfin mall which had everything. Check in and out was easy also being able to hold Amazon packages is a plus. Thanks will recommend!

The gym at the time was being renovated and some areas so I didn't get to fully utilize all of the amenities but overall it was an enjoyable experience. Will recommend staying at this hotel.
