The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are terrible. We stayed at the property for 8 days, and during the stay, their room was not cleaned, especially the carpet and shower. We asked several times for this to be done, but nothing was ever done. The front desk manager did not care for the guest's needs because we also spoke with him about charges made to the credit card that did not belong to us, as well as the cleanliness of the room, and we just never resolved anything. It just was not a good stay overall. A lot has happened there, and we are still trying to recoup from this terrible trip.

Esta cerca de todo, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y las camas súper cómodas. La puerta del baño necesita mantenimiento y si no tuviera las horribles cortinas de baño sería ideal. Mientras estuvimos no hicieron la habitación por falta de personal . Fuera de eso es un hotel de precio excelente para todo lo que ofrece, también el área de alberca está muy a gusto frente a un lágo

Overall the hotel needs a lot of improvements. The carpets look old, dirty and stained. The bathroom is super uncomfortable, the door is damaged, and the lines at the front desk are always long. This feels more like a motel than a Hilton hotel.

This time, my experience at Hilton MIA was so bad. I am a recurrent visitor for more than 10 years as a Hilton honors client . The hotel is literately falling apart with poor maintenance, dirty spots and is visible understaffed. The service staff is lacking in training and customer service skills. The pool area is abandoned and the Jacuzzi is not working. The management of this place needs a CALL right away. Please HILTON don't lose this beautiful hotel.

BAD HOTEL AND SERVICE
The rooms they gave us were 824. The shower key was damaged. They had to go to maintenance to fix it because it didn't work. The doors were damaged at the base. The photos of the rooms were totally different from reality. The TV and nightstand furniture were dirty. In addition to the above, in room 816 the sheet was torn, which was unacceptable. At the buffet, the manager let people cut in line and treated us badly for looking for a chair on our own.

We asked to clean room everyday which was not done on first day and was also missed second day even with reminder. I am not sure whether property is being managed properly. You will be at risk of coming hotel after your long day with a room which is not cleaned and all supplies not filled again. Didn't expect like this Hilton property.
