Good enough but very expensive

Was a decent hotel but could have been better for the price. Valet only parking which wasn’t clearly advertised. Staff opened our back hatch without asking and all our stuff spilled out. Pool closed an hour early without reason or notice. Pool was also closed in the morning for private showing. We booked for 6 people and there wasn’t enough towels for everyone in the room. The beds weren’t very comfortable and breakfast was expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. It’s luxury priced so not great for families in our opinion.

The staffs are not responsive at all, especially the lady and the man at the front desk in the midnight. I asked whether they can help we with delivery, but they keep telling me to wait, There’s only one customer before me, but I have waiting for 15 mins, and the man didn’t even look me in the eye. Terrible service if you use Hilton’s standard to measure
