We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was lovely. We ordered room service and it was prompt and the food was good. It was very crowded at check out which made sense since a lot of people stay here prior to taking cruises and they can’t board until the afternoon. It is nice that they have a later than normal check out time of 12 pm so people can stay in their rooms longer while they wait. We used the valet parking and that went smoothly.

There was no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was somewhat small for 2 people. The "closet" only had room for smaller clothing, not dreses. Also, it was not a straightforward path to the lobby. You had to get in an elevator on the ground floor which then took you up to the lobby.
