Had a hard time getting towels a housekeeping items delivered. We had to wait until 10:30 to get my son’s bedding for the pullout couch and after multiple calls, my husband had to go down himself. We never did get water. Magyn at the check in was wonderful and tried her best to help. The bathroom had hairs and mold in the tub. The window had dust and pubicchairs sitting on the base which was gross. The valet was rude when checking out because I didn’t have my ticket even though the first valet told me to snap a picture of it so I didn’t have to carry it. Big guy checking out, very condescending, rude and misogynistic. He kept talking over me and only want to speak to my husband even though I was speaking, it was my reservation a d I was holding money for his tip.

We had a great experience! Gerald P. was fantastic at check-in; his customer service was outstanding. He was genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and he truly seemed happy to be there. The hotel itself was wonderful, with nice amenities like the pool and a Starbucks on-site. The front desk and concierge staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. The location is a bonus. it’s within walking distance to the bay, great restaurants, and a beautiful park. Would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay again

The hotel was nice and clean and looked to be fairly new or at least kept up very well. We got upgraded to a corner room on the 18th floor that gave us amazing views of the city. The only complaint is the elevator set up is kind of odd. You have to take one elevator up to the lobby walk across and get into a second set of elevators. Considering everything else this is extremely minor especially once you get the hang of it.
