Nothing stood out. The room was clean, but the overall property appears to be "tired." The staff was friendly and accommodating. The TV service is another story. Limited channels (maybe 15?) and of those three were so "snowy" you couldn't watch them and one had zero sound. You'd be further ahead if you just removed the TVs because what is currently there is NOT GOOD.

The hotel is terrible. The facilities are subpar. The hotel staff was off-putting, not helpful, and acted like they would rather not be bothered. The area has a half a dozen rosters around the parking lot, so expect dozens of 3-5 am wake up calls. Non-stop. Oh and the subpar goes to the technology too. We had to get our keys re-keyed multiple times a day. The keys never worked. It was annoying. We had 3 people in our rooms and asked for 3 sets of towels every single day and never got them. Had to go down stairs and get an extra set, EVERY day. The cell signal is terrible and the hotel’s WiFi is garbage. The WORST Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. EVER!
