This holiday inn is possibly the worst ihg Hotel I have ever booked. The brand is our family go to especially when we are unsure of the area and other options. This experience is not normal for ihg brand in general and hopefully won’t happen again.

Didn’t like that the bathroom in the room was dirty and rusty also what I didn’t like that at the holiday inn restaurant you got your drink 🍹 served in a plastic cup I mean who does that I’m not outside in pool area bar to serve me my drink 🍹 in a plastic cup I was in restaurant for crying out loud .. the front desk people don’t tell you anything about the hotel something as simple as elevator a located to your left etc. just overall a poor experience for my second time around

The hotel is okay. It’s an old hotel and you can hear everything that’s happening in the other room. At 4 am people taking slamming doors and you can literally hear the conversation their having. Doors to the rooms when closing they sound so loud and shakes the wall. Nothing much to eat around there. Great beach access and pool was nice and calm.

The hotel has a great ocean front view, and pool for the cost. The housekeeping staff needs to be more attentive to cleaning the rooms for stay over guests. The spoiled towel linen was pick up but limited linen replaced. The kleenex, toilet tissue was not replaced and room floor not cleansed of sand from the beach. The restaurant also needs to have more variety of food option instead of same thing everyday.

Ocean front , but no balcony. Rooms too small . No microwave. You have to pay for valet parking. They charge resort fee when it is not a resort . I will not recommend it
