One of the agent was very rude. I arrived there at 1245pm ish and was told in order for me to get my room at that time I had to pay a fee for early check in. Or to wait until 230pm. When the time arrives I went that lady said they had no room available that I have to wait after 3 pm— so I waited after 10 minutes I went to a gentleman name Robert and he looked me up and assigned me a room. Robert was very pleasant and wonderful gentleman—

Convenient stopover hotel before flying out the next day. Had problems with the shuttle service not stopping at any of the airport listed doors for hotel shuttles. This was further complicated when I tried to contact the hotel and ended up speaking with some remote person, who took an awful long time to first attempt to tell me that there wasn't a shuttle service. Note that I chased the shuttle with the hotel address listed on the side door, all the way from door 5 to door 8 before giving up. Eventually the woman on the phone tried to tell me that I was staying at a different hotel (despite me telling her the correct location). This really started things off badly. A half hour later I walked into the middle of the street to ensure that the shuttle driver didn't pull the same stunt

Don’t stay here- I saw the reviews but thought how bad could it be- we saw a big cockroach coming from our room and it went down the stairs…. The location is close to airport but never again. The staff is nice though!!
