Housekeeping needs to be re-staffed. There were long brown hairs left in room. There were only 2 towels (i was there with my husband and 3 children) . We requested towels for the children but they didnt bring 3 towels that we needed.

Really bad property and management. Mattresses are really bad and poor quality. Our first booking was on 7 th floor which. Stinker really badly. Moved to 4th floor where air conditioning was not working then they move to another room but they didn’t change that in the system and end up giving that room to someone else who open the door walked in on me. To make matters worse they dint service the room on my last day. Supervisor blamed it on me leaving the sign on the door while there was no DND sign. It was the worst stay at All Holiday in I have stayed

Upon checking in the room I reserve they told me I couldn’t get it and would have to wait until the next morning to get my room with a balcony that I paid extra for, and I would have to sleep in a regular room the night of arrival which the purpose of me booking the balcony was to celebrate on it. The night of arrival defeated the purpose, and once I got switched over to another room the next day it was worse no AC bugs everywhere and dirty. I have photos of the bugs the blood on the beds and sheets, the dirty tubs, the ants everywhere.

I like that everything was close. It was always clean and the breakfast was good. I didn’t like that the air conditioning was on a timer and kept going out. The room was hot for summer. There was no microwave in the room. Not a regular coffee machine to get hot water as I brought my own teas. I tried with the coffe machine they had but did not work. I went downstairs to get a cup of hot water and I had to buy a tea. No where for hot water but I had to pay for it. I think some upgrades are still needed.
