Sheila the manager was the worst. At 9:13 am housekeeping opens my room without knocking and my husband jumped out of bed to close the door come to find out the manager checked us out at 7:30am not sure why and when I called her to ask her why, she made it seem like it was our fault she didn't even apologize. Horrible experience

This property is very outdated and dirty. Ripped shower curtains, no mattress protectors on the bed. The area all around is run down and poor with very little people to understand and speak English. The only decent part of this property is the pool but I would not book for just that.

The hotel us close to shopping and dining. Unfortunately the hotel was packed with international basket teams and try to take an elevator causes a lot of delays. Despite of having 4 elevators where working only one at a time.

The staff does not make you feel welcome. They appear to be there just to collect paychecks only. The rooms close to the elevators can hear the elevators go up and down the entire time.

I had major concerns and complaints about my state, and I am still waiting for the manager of the property to return my call after several attempts to IHG guest services through Expedia and the hotel directly and nobody is taking accountability.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable and refreshing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Parking was hassle-free, with plenty of spaces available and easy access to the entrance. Overall, a well-maintained and convenient place to stay—I would definitely return!

This property had a dirty carpet in the room and bugs as I had a bagel out and saw it filled with bugs. Also the hotel transport was practically non-existent we didn’t get it to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the airport. Had to pay $100 US to get to the Hotel and back to the airport. No fault of the Hotel but there were a lot of teenagers present for a school tournament and those kids were loud and rowdy, banging doors and playing games in the hallway at night. The Hotel has 3 elevators and the only time all were working was when we arrived with a seemingly full hotel we all had to traverse 1 elevator. Also every night the room key would stop working so every night we came in we had to go no to reception at least two times to get the key operational. The stay was really terrible!
