they have 3 elevators in the hotel and only one working and you call the front desk and excuse was that manance was working went you have to wait half an hour or more for the elevator for the rest manor things like not to much towells in the room went we was 3 adults only one towel

There was only one working elevator of 3. It took 10+ minutes to get on the elevator when waiting for it. There was only one stairwell, making it a task everyday to get up and out. It was not the cleanest at all. The lobby was the nicest thing. It was quiet though, and it had a lot of dining options.

Hotel staff does not enjoy interacting with the public. They do as little as possible. Three elevators in the hotel and only one was working. We waited 35 minutes to be able to go from the 9th floor to the lobby before we took the stairs with all of our luggage. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress cover under the fitted sheet on one of the queen beds. It looked like there was a leak that was apparently covered up in the ceiling above the shower and there was black mold under the caulking on the shower. You could hear every noise possible between walls and up and down the halls.

My room specifically; carpet dirty: blood stains & vomit. Cleners do not change sheets, 2 roaches, fridge off. Tub scary condition, rusty shower head, tub looked dirty but tub was missing pieces. (Cracked) the rest of the hotel looked clean & nice. A/C amazing, Cafe convenient. Staff friendly food amazing Salmon was great, apps delicious.
