The room was very large with a long countertop, shelving and seating area in front the tv. They had a desk on wheels so u could move it around to the tv area or to a corner to do work as needed. Very convenient location 3mins to walmart supercenter, 10mins drive to dolohin mall and target.

Will stay again. The staff is customer service oriented, specialy Ms. Evelyn, she helped and follow up with all inquiries. The location is great as well. The rooms are equipped with the basic and if you ask special request they will accomodate you. Loved it.

Breakfast hours begin early and finish too soon, we were on vacations and it's supposed to be awake not too early in the morning. Besides, there were les variety of meals for breakfast, in comparison with the Home2 in Orlando.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was always very helpful. My husband and I enjoyed the coffee which was available in the lobby all day long. However, airport shuttle service only works from 9:00am. Also, there are limited food options in the area so we ordered mostly from Uber eats. Breakfast options were also very limited and pretty much was the same every day.

Mixed feelings

Very large room with good space for a family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels. Breakfast items would run out before breakfast end time. Staff lacked friendly smile and courtesy. One major issue that ruined our sleep is as follows. Before checking in, I called the hotel receptionist in the evening and requested a pedestal fan for our room. She confirmed that she has put a note for the night shift as we were going to checking around midnight. When we checked in, upon reminding the night shift receptionist acknowledged and brought a fan out for us. All went well and we went to sleep. However at 7am next morning our room phone started ringing. It disturbed our sleep since we had slept late due to late arrival. Begrudgingly I picked up the phone. On the other end the morning receptionist started yelling at me without any explanation and claimed that the fan belonged to the laundry and that I have to return the fan immediately. He made it sound like it was our fault. I tried to reason with him but he would not budge. He said he was going to send someone immediately to pick up the fan. However, even after waiting for 1 hour, no one showed up. This incident messed up our sleep big time which we very much needed. The fan stayed with us for the length of stay and no one bothered again and no one apologized either for such rude awakening. Hope the management addresses this issue.

Convenient Miami stay

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for 2 adults and a dog and all our stuff while our house was being tented. Appreciated the hot breakfast options each morning. The lobby was large with plenty of room to hang out. Also loved the sitting areas outside in the front and back. Looked like lots of families stayed there on a night before a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport!!! Several good places to walk to for meals close by. Very reasonably priced. We ‘ll definitely go back if we need a miami hotel again!!!!
