Elevators barely work , front desk staff is rude except for one staff member named Jason or Ruben . The breakfast bar is okay if you don’t mine it being cold . Pool constantly being worked on . It’s an inconvenience for the airport shuttle due to not really being able to know how long the driver is actually supposed to be .

Only likes about the property was only one receptionist whom was courtesy and helpful and the room was clean. Other than that the hotel was rundown, elevator not working, no restaurant on site. Had to wait more than an hour to get picked up from the shuttle at the airport and the 10 minute drive back to the hotel was scary.Needless to say we will not be returning even for a one night stay

Awful! Rooms were not clean. 1st room had dirty towels left by the previous guest that were not picked up by housekeeping. The second room (we transferred to a different room) was very very cold. The toilet in the second room was not flushing properly.

Didnt like how someone dog urine in the stair case that i step in messing up my slippers didnt like that it was only one elevator working at the main entrance Didnt like that it was only one elevator on the other end instead of both end! Other than that it was great

Good price point but…
Near the airport on a lagoon. Price point was ok. It had 8.8 rating, but I don’t know how. It feels dated. Instead of fixing things, just added a new coat of paint. Cabinet doors were literally falling off the cabinets. Front desk staff tried to shine us on about an “upgrade” he was giving us. It was the same room we booked. Lobby BLARED reggae music all day. Even during both mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs, waffles, but they had fruit and yogurt. DO NOT eat the hash!
