I cannot say enough how of SPECTACULAR our stay was. The breakfast buffet had a vast array of selection. I met ppl from all over the world in their wonderfully clean pool. The staff were so friendly and our room was always kept clean and tidy. And the Dolphin mall just a walk across the street was such a treat bc we went to the movies in that mall and, had delicious mojitos and food at the outdoor festive restaurants, had arcade night at dave and busters, and my son even enjoyed the childrens bouncy house there. Just hands down the best, we had a fabulous stay!

It was under construction, redecorating. Small room, dirty bathroom area and mirrors. Poor nasty customer service, its manager Sergio was very rude, needs managerial skills training regarding customer service.

Literally across the road from Dolphin Mall. What I did not like was that the staff at check in were very unfriendly, same as check out. Also because the hotel is so close to shopping there were empty shopping bags left near my hotel door and along the corridors. I did not see any bin outside the hotel where garbage could be dumped. Housekeeping were also very rude when I asked them for anything. While the hotel itself is great, the customer service could use some work.

From the check-in to check-out all the staff were quite helpful. Every single staff member I dealt with were polite and efficient. Rooms were clean and the amenities were quite adequate. One of the main advantages was its proximity to Dolphin Mall. Other than the complaint below, there was nothing negative about Homewood Suites that I can think about. I will not hesitate to recommend and I'm sure I'll be back some day. My only complaint (not about the hotel) is an unscrupulous taxi driver who doubled the charge for taxi services on every occasion we used him. The taxi service was recommended by the front desk staff. Prior to leaving, I spoke to Supervisor Maria at the Front Desk and made a complaint about this driver. She assured me a report will be made to management. I do hope this is acted on immediately by management. I acknowledge that the hotel is not associated with the taxi service and its not their (the hotel) fault this occurred. Otherwise, excellent place to stay and highly recommended.
