Great Hotel
Great area. Close to south beach. Offer a 10m walk to a very reasonable priced garage for parking. A 24/7 restaurant in hotel. No cii of free maker in room so when I wanted coffee or hot water I just went down stairs to get it. Our beds were comfy but the mattress is starting to go Mini fridge in room Easy access to the beach They use a fragrance spray plug in throughout the hotel so it’s a little hard for people that are sensitive to smells

Beautiful hotel, with lovely decor. The rooms had a very cozy and warm feeling to them and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. A great experience. Wish we had booked for longer.

The best smelling ,coldest ,softest beds and clean
The stay was great , very nice , quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant everyday . We walked to the beach , stores and enjoyed the neighborhood. We loved the roof top with lounge chairs and enjoyed the breeze from the ocean! We will be staying here again ! The rooms are nice and cold , so we slept great .

Mid sized art deco hotel which was convenient to the trolley stops. This made it easy to go between south beach and mid beach for lounging, beach and dining. There was even a small bike shop to rent bikes to use by the beach within 1/2 a block. The staff was helpful and the hotel in its entirety was always clean and well maintained. There's also a pool on site and a outdoor lounge with views of downtown Miami. On the other side we could see views of the beach which was less crowded than south beach. We really enjoyed all the options.

* Key cards got deactivated at least 4 times regardless of where we stored them * Rooms only come with two towels - we had to ask multiple times for more towels until they came up (prob waited 45 minutes) and when the person came up with towels he would not stop looking my friend up and down in her pajamas and laughing repeatedly without saying anything else * They have a weird policy where if you get makeup or blood on towels it’s considered “damages” - super weird considering both of those come out in the wash and it seems weirdly targeted towards women * They don’t have space to hold luggage after checkout and that wasn’t clear from the booking - wasn’t notified of this until the day before we arrive when it was too late to cancel. However, saw other people storing luggage on Sunday of our stay even though they told us they could not store luggage. * Both the faucet and shower leaked, the handle for the shower came off in my hand once.

Old hotel character with contemporary updates couldn’t save us from a terrible nights sleep. Bedroom doors do not block any hallway noise. Doors banging all night. We asked for additional pillows because the ones in the room were small and thin and were told, “No.” Two crappy cups of Folgers coffee cost $10.00. No Kleenex. Bathroom door is frosted glass so if your spouse gets up to pee in the night, guess what the light shines through. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and had a nice restaurant and pool.
