First day hot water didn’t work. They ran out of bottled water at front desk and told me to get water (and pay for it) from minibar. TV didn’t work. They had to replace remote control. Room had “grit”on floor. One morning I had asked for wake up call. They forgot. They ask for credit card for incidentals, but don’t let you charge anything to room. They won’t take cash, but will take credit card. Over all, very poor experience. I do not recommend.

Hotel was clean and room was good but restaurant connected doesn’t take orders over the phone so you have to walk down there and who doesn’t carry creamer for coffee….very odd….not a whole lot of places nearby but the beach is very close although no chairs for rent.

It was okay but not great!

Our first time at this hotel. The location was noisy because of the traffic and loud construction on the street. It wasn't pleasant to eat at their restaurant. They put laundry bags inside the room but when asked they said they didn't offer a laundry service. We wouldn't stay there again.

Great location, poor hotel parking

All the staff were very friendly. The email I received prior to arrival directed me to two public parking lots that were only for 4 hours which was frustrating considering all the traffic. We walked to the hotel to ask where we can park for the entire time of our stay. We had to drive 4 tenths of a mile which took us 40 minutes with traffic. Very disappointing. Then we had to carry our luggage back to the hotel. The restaurant and bar had great food. Hotel rooms are very small. The location was very close to the beach boardwalk.

Miami stay

Avery nice hotel in a quieter area of South Beach. Staff very friendly and the hotel goes the extra mile. Bottle of sparkling wine in the room on arrival and nice rooftop patio to relax. The restaurant on site, the Tavern, served breakfast lunch and dinner. Tasty and great service.
