Firstly, I love this hotel. It is stylish and just nice enough at an afforable rate. The staff is always professional & helpful & fun. The bartenders are always super cool and I am grateful for my birthday treatment (Thanks to "D" at the front desk & The day bartender sorry I forgot your names :) ) & our breakfast was lovely. I was a bit disappointed with my room this time though. I stayed here last year and the mini bar had much more stock and my favorite Saratoga water. This time I had to go ask specially just to get 2 plastic bottles of purrified water. I brought my friend this time and had talked up the hotel on this point, becauae we prefer to only drink spring water. I don't know if the management changed or what but I hope you go back to putting more than a can and a bottle of beer in the minibar fridge. The room bedding was not on par initially ( and this was fixed ) but housekeeping was kind of hovering as my friend was trying to leave for dinner and it could have been handled a bit smoother. I want to make Hotel Croydon my go to and partner with promoting your business as i stay in town. So, I hope things are more up to par next time...like providing your guests with water in their "superior" suite or period. Overall lovely location & front desk staff. We appreciate your efforts.
