The room was kinda small, but cozy. We stayed in their beach themed room and i thought it was adorable. Clean. Mini fridge and microwave. The attendant wasnt super friendly, but wasnt rude either. No elevator, so it sucked dragging a 50lb bag up the stairs, but not a deal breaker for me. Definitely enjoyed our stay

Although the staff was excellent. There's work to be done here. My first room smelled like urine and the other one smelled moldy. I walked to target to get a scented candle. I couldn’t hang my clothes in the closet any there was evidence of mold in the shower. The hotel had the nerve to text me about burning candles. It stinks in there. How dare you. The location is great. Also, they have no elevator so you have to climb stairs.

This is a very charming 100 year old hotel and is part of Coral Gables history. Easy walk to restaurant options and basic shopping. Glad we stayed here. Incredible value compared to the other hotels.
