I stayed at Hyatt Brickell for just 1 day prior to my cruise. The service was great. They upgraded my room complimentary for my cancer free anniversary. They also delivered a fruit plate with lovely letter to my room. We also got two free complimentary drinks of any kind. The room was spacious with a balcony that had an amazing view. Friendly staff that checked in on us during my stay. They also allowed us to check out a little late. When we pulled up to the hotel, the bellboys were already approaching the car to help with our luggage. There is a cvs & a couple restaurants walking distance . Safe neighborhood . The hotel & room was very clean. They have a little area on one of the floors where you can heat up food which was very very helpful and convenient . I have no complaints. When I go back to Miami I will stay here.

Property was very clean and bathroom very spacious. They also had a Cuban restaurant in the premises. The view was absolutely amazing and Orlando which was the person who helped us was very friendly and helpful!! He basically offered us a room with better view. Someone else wouldn’t even try to offer anything
