Stayed there just for a quick layover. Staff was friendly and fast. The shower in the bathroom had black mold around the inside of the shower door. The shower head should be changed or soaked in some CLR. Having the Hyatt name I expected a little better.

Washer/dryer was non-functional. Long wait times to speak to a receptionist. Limited staff. Very very basic hotel. Carpeted rooms, loud AC, quite dated overall. Breakfast was the same each day. Points for cleanliness.

The property is very unfriendly to hosts, room is filled with strong smoke smell when requested for the room spray or change of room front desk is not ready to at least check till next morning which made us to left with little sleep and disturbed our plans Ed’s and room size was not to Hyatt standard

The property itself was great. Getting to and from it is another story, the streets are weird and hard to navigate - especially with all the traffic. The hotel itself was nice - staff was great- rooms were good.
