Floor carpets are not clean. They need to replace floor carpets as soon as possible. Some staff members specially in nights, they are rude and not ready to help properly. They have laundry room but washing machine was not working through out the week. Housekeeping team entered in our room without letting us know too. But they didn’t take anything from room but it’s all about our privacy. Overall experience was average.
