When you ask them to come unclog the sink. Don't count on it. They didn't come after being the 4 days. I don't know if they finally made it, as i already checked out. But was there 4 days after making the request.

Not what we paid for.
We booked two rooms. One with a king bed the other with two queen beds. Upon our arrival the front desk clerk saidthey had given our rooms away but he could still accommodate us. But not with the same room type we booked and prepaid for. After asking why they gave our rooms away after I had even called and confirmed our arrival the clerk stated that they did not have enough housekeeping staff to show up for work and our room selections were dirty. The hotel looked like it has seen better days and needs some renovations made to it.
