I didn’t like the elevators. It was a scary experience every time. The sounds it made was not good. Every time we entered our room there was a strong old smell. I believe it was the old carpet.

We had a great check in experience. The person working the front desk was very friendly and curtious. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We enjoyed a great breakfast with many different foods offered. Overall a great stay in Miami!

What I didn't like was when I arrived early from my cruise they told me I could check in early for a $50 fee. I understand if the room is not ready yet.If if it's ready, why can't I have it ? Why not make your customers happy. What I'm I supposed to do if I get off of my cruise at 8am?
