Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is dated but well kept. I liked having the living room area in the room and a decent desk to work at. I stay in Doral every other week for work. I stayed here for a change of scenery. Good second choice but the bathroom was small making it difficult to shut the door, especially with the bath mat. I usually stay at similarly priced hotel that also has a good restaurant and singers 2 nights a week. I would stay here again especially with the dining options near by and city place a quick walk away.

This was a last minute booking due to our flight being cancelled because of the hurricane. The rooms were spacious but need a little TLC. The guy who checked us in was awesome he was hospitable, professional and empathized with our situation. Would stay again if in the area.

Our room never got cleaned ! The worst service and just very poor . I call fron desk , nothing happend, i talk to costumer service , they treated me like this was all my fault.
