Had a very nice stay. The front desk and valet staff were lovely and I received a complimentary upgrade to suite without asking which was so surprising and appreciated. My room overlooked a large green with lots of cute doggies having fun out with their people and a beautiful sunset view. Lots of shops in walking distance. Modern and clean room. Such an interesting area full of history and insane graffiti art. There was no “breakfast included” as was advertised on hotels.com and no room service or spa as advertised. I would recommend checking the hotel site or contacting the hotel directly before booking and do not rely on amenities listed on hotels.com. The suite had a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave but sadly no dishes, cutlery or paper towels. Minibar was not fully stocked. The restaurant upstairs was average at best. All in all I have no complaints but would probably not visit again only due to the lack of amenities I desired. No regrets!

Impeccable Property

Impeccable property. Amenities are five-star, location is exceptional, and the property feels upscale without being absurdly priced. I travel to Miami for work several times a month - this time I brought my wife and kids to enjoy the pool during my long work days. Perfect spot.
