The The check out they added like $2000 of extra charges a bunch of fees for towels and robes that I put in to wash it was so disappointing I would never go back otherwise location is great

The Hyde Suites is a prime stay in the middle of Midtown to go shopping and eating. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I’ll go back there for my next wedding anniversary!

Excellent location, safe and you do see a police/security presence, lots of traffic in the area so only choice is to valet with the hotel but cost is disclosed up front so that is fine, traffic to be expected. Lots of things are walkable, like the design district (a little dicey on the way otherwise fine) Hotel itself is modern, beautiful, clean. Suite style is spacious, beautiful, comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Definitely satified and happy with stay.

Good property, nice mattress and pillows, awesome customer experience, but for the price I hoped at least bottled water as courtesy, but no… it’s more about aesthetics and location. Walking distance for many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend if you are visiting for a short stay, for singles and couples.

My husband and I visited Miami for almost three months (April to the end of June), staying in a gorgeous private rental for the majority of our trip. For the remainder, we moved to the Hyde Hotel and extended our stay due to inclement weather and our love for Miami. We stayed at the Hyde for 12 nights and 13 days and were blown away by the experience. The location, amenities, and especially the service from the staff were exceptional. Renata, Rob, and two other staff members (whose names unfortunately slip my mind) were phenomenal. They were accommodating and efficient in every way. We stayed in a platinum suite with our pets, and it was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking Midtown Park. The location is unbeatable. Typically, we stay in South Beach, but because of the approaching rainy season and reduced beach usage, we chose to stay near our initial rental. The area has numerous restaurants, a pet store, Target, Trader Joe's, Nordstrom Rack, and other shopping options. The Design District with luxury shopping is nearby, and Wynwood is just a few steps away with amazing restaurants and fun activities. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a dedicated elevator for Hyde Hotel patrons. There was a lot of traffic to the 7th-floor restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel), and a separate elevator for that would be nice. Thank you, Hyde staff, for making our stay so enjoyable! We are incredibly grateful and will return again and again.
