The hotel was very conveniently located to Bayside where there are lots of attractions. Also Valet parking was professional and price was reasonable. Breakfast was good, hotel well maintained and staff was professional.

It was a very nice hotel. We checked in early and it wasn't an issue, bonus! We had a very nice and clean room it also had a shower and a bathtub. But, there wasn't enough hot water to use the tub. Did call the front desk and was advised because we were in a corner room we had to run the water for 10 -15 minutes. We tried that but still wasn't successful. The next morning we went to customer service, she offered to move our room to another room without a bathtub. Which was a lot of work for nothing. Was disappointed paying such a high rate and wasn't able to use the tub. They did offer us 2 free drinks but we didn't use the coupons.
