Spent a night in Miami. Upon arrival excellent valet parking service. The room overlooked the port of Miami a d offered a great, central location. However, the room was not properly made up. E g, bathrobes were missing. Toileteres used by previous guest(s) had not been replaced. Hotel addressed concerns.

The property is beautiful actually breathtaking! Very clean and safe environment. What I was dissatisfied with was the additional fees. I paid ahead for my stay (50th birthday) I called two weeks in advance confirming my reservation and asked if there where any additional fees. I was told no. We arrived 4 AM only the staff was visible. We were the only people checking in. Staff (clerk or valet attendant) did not mentioned if we do not use hotel parking we would get a ticket (parking lot is monitored 24/7) valet removed our bags from the car and watched us park without a word. The next morning I realized a ticket on my windshield for $36. Then I had to pay $69 (Hotel fee) for three days. I believe this should have been bought to our attention before the mishap happened!!!
