GREAT EXPERIENCE
This hotel surpassed our expectations. Great location. The hotel was very clean, staff very helpful. We were given an upgrade for not apparent reason. Our room was SPECTACULAR. Hotel is located in a great location on Biscayne Bay.

View nice, next door to property is a large outdoor concert venue which is extremely loud all day even inside of room till 11 pm. Had I known would not book this overpriced hotel. Very disappointed, not befitting the Intercontinental chain

Intercontinental Miami.
This is a very nice hotel with an inviting lobby with comfortable chairs and sofas. We came off a cruise ship in the morning and we were allowed to check in to our room without any issues. Because we are members of IGH, we were allowed a 2:00 pm late checkout. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but it’s worth every penny. All in all, it was a great stay for us.
