I reserved a room with pool access and private terrace but couldn’t use it because the seats were filthy and full of cigarette buds. I told the kid working at the front desk and he only said “I’m sorry.” I reserved this room with that area because I wanted to enjoy it. He should’ve been more attentive with a paying customer.

Within minutes of being in my room I felt sick, chest tightening and dizziness. I could not see any visible mold until the next morning, it looks like they painted over it. Room service brought half my order and had to go back. The fried that came with my food were soggy and cold.
