I do not recommend this hotel

1. The thing that ruined our otherwise fine stay was what happened when we had dinner at the overpriced restaurant. Our dinner was $145 without liquor. I ordered a coffee and got a small cup for the outrageous price of $7. When I finished it, I asked for a refill. The waiter said that would be an additional $7. Each cup is priced separately. I lost all my respect for the hotel over that rip off, and I do not recommend it. 2. The mattress/mattress cover was lumpy, affecting sleep.

Nice hotel. Staff was nice. The lobby is really nice. The rooms are spacious but they are a bit outdated with “Brown” throughout the bathroom. The other major thing is the mattresses. They all have a cushion added but my lord do these mattresses need to be replaced. Very accessible location to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very attentive. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was great it was close to the Brickell city Centre for shopping and the waterway which served as a nice walk in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. It is also close to the cruise terminal if you sailing out on a cruise.
