I live in Fort Lauderdale and my husband and I visit Miami twice or more a month, my husband was totally disgusted by how unwelcoming your hotel felt. You definitely lost our business. I had never experienced such difficulty to get in to the hotel and it was no live person at the front desk. You guys sent us a code at 3:30 pm we had to carry around our heavy backpack all day before we could check in to your hotel!!!

Great location, perfect for a short stay. Walkable, safe and clean. No hassle check in and check out. Only negative, there is no front desk which makes it difficult to store a bag if you arrive early or want to leave after check out. Across from the beach, great food options around, perfect location.

Communication is terrible here- we got locked out of the apartment for more than an hour and they said the code was given to us during check in. But in reality the code must have been changed by them- since earlier in the day room service made the mistake of trying to enter our apartment and supposedly they had the wrong room. We got scared and also took them about 1-2 hours to figure out the issue or who tried to enter the apartment. Get more people to answer questions in a promptly time manner. We had to cancel our plans just because we couldn’t access in time- this should have never happened if you had someone available.

The AC in the room 1211 is not working for 2 days we have to raise the complaint again and again. In day time they able to resolve and in the night time it was again happening.

Awesome location. Easy to check in and check out. Even though it was contactless, the staff was in constant contact with us, and available when we needed. The room was modern, clean snd comfortable. The parking was a bit awkward but we got it all figured out. My favorite feature, was the ability to unlock our room door from my phone. Loved that you also had a hot water kettle as well as the Keurig. Our room was away from street noise, so it was quiet. Loved the balcony with the little table and chairs right above Española Way. It's a quaint, lovely hotel in the heart of So. Beach, two blocks from the beach. Lots if restaurants and great shopping. We'll be back!

Came for business and fun! I was amazed with how spacious the rooms were and how perfect the location was surprisingly the rooms were quiet, cool and clean on such a busy street! Lots of bars, fine dining, fast food, shops and the beach all with in walking distance! Will be back :)

I love the location of Kasa El Paseo! I stayed here alone and felt safe in the neighborhood. The beach is close by and everything is within walking distance. There are multiple good restaurants right outside your door and you get a discount for being a hotel guest! Friday night the restaurants were kind of loud but that didn't bother me. The hotel offers Sound Machines to cancel out noise and ear plugs. I love the way the room is decorated and it has everything that you need. I think the only thing that I would change is to have black-out shades. I still slept well as the bed is comfortable, but a darker room would have been nice. Regardless, I will stay here again when I go to Miami.

I highly recommend staying in kasa el paseo! The location is amazing! The rooms look just as described. The only thing I would recommend them is having the same amount of towels available as we say how many guests are staying. We had an issue with the AC around midnight, and they promptly found another room for us to sleep! That was great! Excellent customer service online 24/7!

Great location, near lots of restaurants and action. Few blocks walk to the beach. But the place itself is not like the pictures. There was spots of black mold around the room and on the ceiling. The shower never did warm up. The coffee maker didn’t work. Also very musty smell (which they warn you about and say it’s from the humidity). Also parking was not available (they said there was valet but didn’t see anybody to talk to about it). Street parking is available. Overall you get what you pay for…
