Fun Kasa El Paseo in the heart of Miami Beach
Regardless the length of your stay, Kasa doesn’t clean the rooms daily, which is a major staple of the hotel industry. They really need to provide this service to be excellent. Being virtual, front desk, works safely and effectively since they are responsive when you contact them providing the service you are requesting promptly. The stairs could be cumbersome when carrying luggage. The stairs also make you doubtful about going back to your room to retrieve something you forgot or to use the bathroom.

Nice room, very clean and comfortable. The area is very lively at night and the hotel is very well located. Be careful, there is no easy car access, so if you have a lot of luggage it may not be very convenient.

It was not clear when reserving the room that there was only a virtual desk and no one would be physically available on arrival. If you have not completed a questionnaire you are sent by email, you cannot enter the property & are stuck standing in front of the property with all your belongings in your hand; with others in the same position. Once you finally get in and figure it out, the accommodation is not so bad. The hotel should be called The Treasure Hunt. That all this is not clarified in advance I feel is a scam. In the first 15 reviews no one mentions about the difficulties entering the room, which is very suspicious, there were only good reviews of how comfortable the bed was.

Good Value
The check in process was simple and the room was clean and nice. The hotel was good value for the area, which was close to the action. The noise from the street was minimal and didn't bother us at all. I was disappointed that they told us about an hour before check in that are room wouldn't be ready until 5 PM (an hour after our check in time), and just suggested we pay out of pocket for luggage lockers rather than finding a solution for storing the bags or offering a discount. We made it work, but better planning next time on their end would be appreciated.

Location is perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. You have all kinds of food options literally outside the door. Our room was to the back so the music did not bother us at all. The only I didn’t really like was that there was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The rooms were extremely clean. The area is safe. Everything was perfect. Would stay there again.

What a great spot! We we pleasantly suprised at how nice the room was. Español Way is a very popluar spot, super quaint, walkable to the beach a few blocks, restaurants all aroundbyou. Ine ofbour fav spots was The Drexel, a bit more quiet and yummy food. They have a nice happy hour too! The little French place just west of The Dewxel is great too. We were vert happy here and a nice little get away. Will definitely stay again. Clean, well appointed, nice bathroom, eaty to naviagate and safe.well apppquan
