It is a really nice place to stay in Miami Beach super clean and the staff super helpful plus you have everything walking distance and the italian restaurant downstairs one of the best definitely im booking this hotel next time i come to miami.

Great location. Parking can be difficult and expensive. No hotel staff. Walls are thin. Layout could use an update. Ac vent leaked pretty badly the first night and we had to use most of the towels. Which they fixed right away and provided new towels. I mistakenly left my Beats Studio Pro. They sent me a picture of the item and mailed within a couple of weeks.

Location Location Location! Everyone at this place was extremely helpful. You have to valet or find parking on the street, we did valet because that worked for us. We would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Kasa is not a regular hotel. There is no front desk and you are given a code at your check in time to open the front door to the lobby and another code to open your room. The room was clean and large. As long as you're okay with the "virtual front desk" it works. The location was very good.

Stayed for just one night but the location was perfect, super close to the beach and shopping. We walked up to Lincoln Road too. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!
