Loved the pool area and outdoor bar. I also very much liked how spacious our loft room was but would have liked to have a full length mirror and hooks for hanging towels and clothes. The elevator in our building needs full repair, as it wasn’t working one night, and the following day we got stuck in it for a few minutes and no answered the call button. The restaurant we had to walk through to gain access to our side of the building had an unpleasant scent, like stale/musty.

A nice and quiet hotel within short walk to the beach. Friendly staffs and nice dining options on and off the property. If you are flying in, no need to rent a car. There is an express bus (#150) from the Miami airport to the South Beach stops a block away from the hotel. The hotel even let you borrow their bikes and we were able to pretty much every where.

Good stay for a night before a cruise. Staff very kind and considerate. We had a room maintenance issue before we arrived so our selected room wasn’t available but the staff gave us an accommodation to the best of their ability.

Helped out when in need
We evacuated from Clearwater due to Hurricane Milton and this hotel was amazing. We had never been to Miami, but these guys waved pet fees for evacuees and we have four cats. The staff was incredibly attentive and nice. They brought us up a microwave and helped us navigate an inherently stressful situation. Great location, we walked to the beach multiple times daily. Extremely secure premises, you have to use your keycard to use the elevator. All in all they absolutely contributed to lifting some of the stress that was involved with our situation. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend.
