Housekeeping had not done a good job. There was a bandaid and a shard of glass in the tub. The hallways and common areas were unusually cold. We had to wear a coat to be comfortable at breakfast.

It was a nice stay.Hotel common areas were very cold.Room was nice on a high floor.Only thing I didn't like was front desk never brought a missing battery for the room safe after several requests.Other than that matter we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and pretty big too (at least compared to places like NY). The pool is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. It would have been perfect if there was a microwave in the room. That's the one big drawback for me, because you can't eat leftovers.

Never felt the Expedia VIP treatment. No upgrade offered even though they had the rooms available. What’s worse, had to pay for it because the room was awfully small. No coffee machine even for a suite, all guests have to go downstairs for free coffee. Only one restaurant for breakfast, nothing memorable. Won’t stay again with the hotels Miami has to offer.

It’s a scam, this was not a 5 star hotel, there was no mini fridge, I was forced to pay 750$ as security deposit and they charged me after 250$ from that security deposit for “resorts” which I haven’t even done, nor did I use any facilities the hotel offered (they barely have any), I felt absolutely scammed by this hotel, the main bedroom has no lights except lamps, it was horrible. Never coming back.

Beautiful Hotel
We loved this hotel. Just do not eat dinner at the restaurant upstairs. It was terrible and $700. Like horrible but it was great for lunch and snacks. Balcony view was SO good. Room was great. POOL is EPIC!
