Very convenient. Probably would’ve been better for us if we didn’t have a rental car while we were there as parking it at hotel is very expensive. The staff there didn’t do a good job of keeping things clean in the main entry area. The door men were super nice. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been - crumbs on a table and floor were cleaned by me.

We had a great stay at EPIC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility itself was beautiful and relaxing. Our only issue was with the jacuzzi tub not working (it was great as a soaker tub though), and the fact that a high-end place like EPIC does not have coffee makers in the rooms, and only has coffee out for the first part of the day, then you have to purchase it from room service. A coffee/tea maker is an important "perk" for us, and we were disappointed in the lack of those amenities, especially seeing that many of the local hotels serve Lavazza in the rooms. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and mini vacation for us.

I loved the decor in the hotel rooms. It was very modern. I enjoyed having water in the lobby 24 hrs which really helped because I didn’t have transportation. The pool area was beautiful along with my view from my room.
