I am extremely frustrated with the misleading and inaccurate information provided by this hotel.
First, we waited nearly two hours at the airport for the advertised hotel shuttle, watching every other hotel’s shuttle arrive—except ours. Turns out, the shuttle only operates during limited hours, which was never disclosed when we booked. This forced us to pay out-of-pocket for Ubers both to and from the hotel—an expense we should not have had to cover.
On top of that, the breakfast schedule was unclear and misleading. We expected to have breakfast before our departure, only to find out that on Saturdays, it starts at 7 AM instead of 6 AM (unlike weekdays). Since the first shuttle doesn’t leave until 9 AM, we had no choice but to pay for breakfast at the airport—another unexpected cost.
When we raised these issues with the front desk, the only response we got was a dismissive, "They changed the shuttle schedule." No apology, no attempt to make things right.
This experience was completely unacceptable. We booked this hotel specifically for its shuttle service and breakfast availability, and both were misrepresented. Travelers deserve clear, honest information, not surprise expenses and poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.
