The room wasn’t ready on time,AC was leaking water and took me 3 tries to get my room change door key works one minute next minute doesn’t no hands tower no wash clothes the sink is outside the bathroom and the tub looks like it was leaking and they fixed it with dark glue very ugly and uncomfortable.never again no more.

The service was bad. They gave me the keys with the room, when I returned back to let them know that the TV is not working, they gave me a second remote control. Went to my room, and not working too. They made me wait for so long, and they said they dont have another room to change me, so I couldn´t see TV. The hotel is very basic.

Check-in was efficient, and the staff were courteous. The room, while reasonably clean, showed significant signs of wear and would benefit from updating. The air conditioning was noisy, and the cabinetry was outdated with drawers that did not function smoothly. The chairs in dining area were very worn. The accommodations were adequate for a short stay but may not provide sufficient comfort for a longer visit.Breakfast was sufficient and in clean dining area.
