My room had no soap still had a used pillow case on the desk table, thee most uncomfortable mattress and pillows with filthy sheets. Wouldn’t recommend just spend more money and enjoy your hotel. Stayed one night didn’t feel safe or comfortable.

This hotel was disappointing. Based on the pictures, we thought this hotel was going to be decent, however that was not the case. The hotel was super outdated and DIRTY!!!! The hallways carpets were not vacuumed at all and they had a smell to them. When we enter the room, the door was broken, so we had to use our body to push the door. When we entered the room, the carpets and the baseboards were dirty, the bathroom had hair on the floor, the tub had a bunch of stains, the lamps were dangling and they looked like someone had a fight in the room as they were broken, there were no phones and refrigerator in the room and the TV was broken. When we called for the TV, the employee could not fix it, and said that someone else was going to come the next day, but no one showed up. In the bathroom, the toilet barely flushed, and they have used suave shampoo, conditioner and body wash with barely any product inside. Overall for the price payed here, we should have stayed elsewhere. Do not recommend this hotel, specially of you are staying with kids.

The young lady who checked us in was wonderful, very pleasant and kind. The lady who checked us out was also very kind and felt awful she couldn't get us conditioner or washclothes/hand towels. Maybe consider having a way for front desk staff to access these necessities for guests before housekeeping arrives. Conditioner isn't a necessity however washclothes are expected for showers and we had none in our room. Only 2 large body towels. Merry Christmas to all
