The staff were not very friendly The attendant unplugged the toaster at 9.00 am whilst I had a bread in it. He said 9.00 is closing time. Meanwhile the receptionist could be heard talking down to guests when simple questions were asked regarding keeping bags etc

My overall stay was pretty good the staff where good and checking in and out was very quick only Thing is the hallways when walking to your room are pretty humid but everything else was perfect the room was very clean did have a kind on weird smell when first walking in but that went away after I got some air freshener

Music was inappropriate for families foul language and loud. Staff were lazy. I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes a couple times and ended up having to yell to get them out of the back. There was no bell or anything. Also had an issue with our remote. The staff said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I bought batteries so I could use the remote. I spent a lot of money for 3 rooms and am not happy.
