The staff were very nice and helpful. Our TV didn't work, and they couldn't fix it, so they were very helpful with offering us another room. The rooms were very humid and around the air conditioning units (in both rooms we stayed in) the carpet was damp from condensation. I realize Florida is humid, though. The rooms were clean, but minor repairs needed to be done (towel rack hanging off the wall, shower head needing to be cleaned, etc.). The location was nice, lots of food around, and not too far from things. It felt very safe and parking was easy (and free!). The pool needed to be cleaned. I didn't feel comfortable getting in the water. There was a lot of debris and didn't look like it had been skimmed in a week or so. However, it was very windy, so take that into account. Overall, our stay was alright. No major issues, and was what we expected.

It’s unclean. The carpet was filthy and coming up from the ground around the edges. There was an obvious hole between the air conditioner, carpet, and wall. The shower faucet was halfway off. And I had to kill a cockroach that was crawling on the bed. After check-in, the housekeeper attempted to enter the room to put back the trash can. However, when I met her at the door she was coughing and sneezing —clearly sick—while handing it to me. The common areas appear fairly clean. And the staff was friendly. I was concerned about the locking mechanism and ended up putting a chair under the door for added security. Not that it matters, but clearly they tried to do some shoddy upgrades such as paint, but failed to use covers so paint splatter was on the lamp and nightstand; just more cause for the state of the hotel.

Perfect for a quick stay.
The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location and well lit when we returned from a concert late at night.

Very overpriced for the Taylor swift concert. Our room was very small, breakfast was not very good, and there were some bugs in the room. The pictures on Expedia appear to be dated.

The carpets were extremely dirty and with bad smell. The bathroom needs renovation. The worst was that around 4 am you could hear the next-door couple having sex. I had 2 teenage girls in my room. I would never stay in this hotel ever again. I felt like I was in a cheap motel! For the price of $364 for 1 night...

The staff was super nice, but that good feeling left as soon as you entered the room. Very run down, mold on the ceiling, and extremely dirty windows. Location was okay, limited access and parking.
