Overrated at best
It was fairly good. Charged $44 a day for resort fees basically beach and boat/ kayak services that we had no interest in using. No fridge in the room so I ended up having to throw away approximately $200 worth of insulin because it got hot. Charged me $300 deposit but only refunded $100 and you I left the room as clean as I found it and I don’t smoke so I’m not sure how they justified keeping my $200.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, offering breathtaking ocean views and soothing sea breezes. Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed the property and the experience. Even though we did not receive an upgrade, Noah from the front desk surprised us and we found a bottle of champagne and cheese and fruit tray awaiting our return from the beach on our room . What a nice surprise and thank you from Loews staff.

The hotel offered a fairly average experience overall. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, the service at the restaurants and bar was noticeably slow, which detracted from the experience. The pool area looked inviting, but unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy it due to the rain during our stay.
