Hotel is lovely and has great facilities. What was a massive disappointment to us was that we had agreed with the hotel to keep our luggage for a couple of hours when we returned from our cruise and they told us there would be a small charge. When we turned up after the cruise we were told we could not leave our luggage. We’ve stayed in a couple of Loews hotels before and they’ve been great but will unlikely use again

I can't say enough about Loews Miami Beach. I searched for hundreds of hotels to find the perfect hotel for my birthday and Loews delivered! The hotel is beautiful and clean with a nice amount of amenities. It's right on the beach. The highlight is the staff. We were warmly greeted by every staffer who walked near us. MJ and Juan at breakfast were fantastic. Great food and atmosphere all around. I highly recommend it.

Rooms are very small ! The beds are not queen size so don’t be fooled. But the staff for valet are very sweet , breakfast buffet is a must !

This property is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Beautiful grounds. Excellent staff service. Very friendly. On the beach with chairs set up for guests. No having to first come/first serve. Poolside drink and food service. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, nice pool and the lunch by the pool was good. Love the easy access to the beach and available water activities. Just very disappointed that umbrellas are not included with the beach chairs in the resort fee. Umbrellas are needed in the summer heat on Milan Beach.

Everything excellent very nice hotel and clean super friendly staff valet parking is $59 a day (not bad) compared with others just a surprise deposit fee of $200 dollars a day for each day you stay there for any damages or room charges.. that’s the only thing I was surprised because if you stay 7 days you’ll have to pay $1400 dollars deposit in front
