We were delayed because of the hurricane and happy to get a last minute reservation and also to get a very late meal (11pm). ONE ISSUE - we were not aware of the change in the shuttle bus going to level two at the airport. Never saw the signs. Bummed about that!

We always stay here when flying out of Miami. Disappointed to get to our room and see that it was NOT a King Size Bed - but two queens. Not going to make a big deal for a one night stay, but really, how hard is it to honor the specifics of a reservation?
