customer service was terrible. flight landed at 12. called a few days earlier to ask hotel if it was okay to check in after 12, they told us yes, when we land we call again to let them know we are on the way. they said we cannot check in and we would have to pay 50$. when we got to the hotel they told us it would be 80$ not 50 and argued with us being disrespectful. then said we had to wait until 6am to pay 50$ for early check in. when asking for managers number we were told that they dont have a number only email. and there was no one we could contact. which was bs. then when we finally got into our room is was disgusting. looks like it wasnt cleaned in weeks. sheets and towels had stains all over. mildew in the bathroom. toilet was leaking which made the bathroom smell. there was a dead lizard in the window. the jacuzzi in the room didnt work even thonwe paid extra for it. we got no compensation nor a new room. there were roaches. also a door that leads to the room next to that wasnt in any discription or picture. crazy they even charge a "resort" fee.

We have to ask for comforters and towels at the front desk instead of them already being in the room when you check in…
Do not stay at this hotel the rooms are filthy. The rugs are ripped and they do not give you towels.. when asked for towels they said they’re all dirty. We could not shower for two days absolutely horrific.
The photos are very deceiving. The room we were in was absolutely dirty . Stained carpet , dirty tile , a tub in the room that had hair clogging the drain , the picture frame above the bed had bugs resting on it & we had to request a comforter upon arrival because the one we got had makeup stains (hoping that’s what it was )
Do not book any rooms here it’s very trashy. They only gave us one pillow no towels. The room smells like smoke smells like mildew in the hallway. They offer hot tub, but don’t worry it doesn’t work.
There wasn’t a blanket on the bed. When I asked for one they said they didn’t have any blankets for a king bed. Instead I got a queen sized blanket. Facilities are falling apart. Broken tiles in the room. Mold on the walls in the hallway. Elevators remind me of a horror film.

Likes more affordable. Dislikes not very clean. And they charge twenty because I used towel to clean something on floor. If floors wasn’t so dirty the towel wouldn’t be that dirty.
