The majority of the staff didn’t care if we were there or not. At check-in, the young lady was a little rude because we booked through a 3rd party. I told her that had Miccosukee Casino had better rates then I would have booked directly through them. I’m used to hospitality folks being more helpful and friendly.

No quick breakfast options for grab and go. staff were not familiar with which cafe is affiliated with the hotel and offers free breakfast. We ended up spending $30 for breakfast at a wrong cafe even when our booking included free breakfast.

Great stay, Enjoyed the facilty it was clean

Room was great , very clean. Enjoyed the casino for a bit. BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC with bacon cooked perfectly crisp and fresh with scrambled eggs, sausage links too.Also the pastries were yummy. We had plenty of parking in a side parking area for our RV and truck, after checking in we went to the required desk for parking permit to display in truck and looked around a bit. I did not see a pool or any advertisement for it. We did walk around back and side pond area seeing iguanas. Front desk staff at check in was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Different front desk staff in the morning was also friendly. We would stay again if nearby.

Outdated utilities

First time visitor here. I got the jacuzzi suite. Tub is tiny compared to how it looks in the pictures. Everything was excellent for the most part. I will say they need to update their rates of maintenance. My shower handle came off and I ended up cutting my hand/getting a shard of metal lodged in it. Thankfully ii brought tweezers this trip. Joking but also kinda serious about the possibility… I hope I don’t have tetanus. With a proper update, I’d come back. I do appreciate the bandaid but I do feel something more should’ve been done. Hopefully it we’ll be fully corrected going forward
