Was out of my room, had do not disturb sign posted on the door. Cleaners came in anyways , moved my stuff around and made my bed.

The casino is good they just need to add new slots. The hotel room was horrible it smelled like mold it needs to updated. The room they gave us was by a outside light that was so bright that the even the horrible black out curtains didn't help. It took three phone calls to get blankets. And the front desk staff no personality not friendly at all. Very disappointed.

We liked everything. Very quiet and private feeling. Looking out room windows and seeing some broad views without clutter was great. Will go back! Yummy pastries and breakfast.

The staff in the casino seemed rude and stressed out were not friendly at all. He I got yelled at for sitting at a machine by another customer bc he thought it was his machine. The lack of restaurants or some food court is a big issue w this resort. We had to uber eats food in — and nothing is close to drive to.

The wifi is a headache to connect to and there is this whole verification of your email issue with it that no matter what you do wont let you verify and connect to it. The service wasnt great either, i had no room service and when i would have to call the housekeeping number on the room it would always take me to voicemail and despite leaving a voicemail nobody ever got back to me. I would then have to call the front desk who would tell me they would help me with the things i needed and then never would so i would have to call again and again otherwise they would forget or not prioritize my request. Also the slot machines in the hotel were constantly taking money without even giving any prizes for the money being put into them. The price for 2 nights it was $647 and for the amount i paid i would of definitely had a better time at another hotel. It had no pool or gym and there was alot of boredom in the hotel if you're not there to gamble. It was an average or below average stay to be honest.

This will be my go to place when i visit florida. I told my friends and family. Casino was fun. My wife enjoyed the slots, as did I. Great place. Staff was awesome and curtious. Breakfast was 5 star

A lovely staff
We arrived very late because of flight delay. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even offered a late checkout and allowed our luggage to be stored til we left their premises. And I won money. Can’t get better than that!
