VERY NICE FIRST NIGHT .......THE HOUSEKEEPERS WORK WHEN THEY WANNA SO I GIVE THAT 1 STAR, COMES INTO ROOMS WITHOUT ASKING BEFORE COMING IN WHICH I HATED THAT especially if your a privacy type person, also was a HUGE ROACH WHEN I WOKE UP IN MORNING ALSOOO THE ROOM IS TOO NICE FOR THE BED TO FEEL LIKE A ROCK !!! LITERALLY also took 2 hours to find booking from Expedia also front desk does not not speak english well HONESTLY FEEL LIKE A BIG SCAM

Baia beach attached to hotel was nice. But room bath room was dirty. Lots of mold in the tub. We found a cigarette butt by the window in the room. We also found a roach in the room. We showed the front desk & they reduced the resort fee. Parking is expensive, which I wish I read before booking. They need a lot of updates. Pictures they have currently are old photos.

I didn't like all the fees no one told me after I paid the $600 deposit I thought I was getting all of that back until I checked out and seen all of those fees and I didn't know about the valet t option there's no option but valet..... Besides that everything was perfect..... Thank You
